I’m sharing a part of my life that has always been a source of pain and has taken up way too much of my energy. And I’m ready to be done.

It all came to the surface recently as I thought about some things I’d reading in the book, Want Your Self by upcoming podcast guest, author Katie Horwitch) and after going to a group yoga class. I knew I’d been spending so much mental energy on this but I think I’ve finally hit my breaking point with it.
