Episode 5 - Life in the Middle

Today’s episode is all about life in the middle, aka Midlife. It’s been given a bad rap over the years so I’m here to debunk that midlife is a crisis and give credit to what it’s really about…an awakening.

This podcast is sponsored by the letter M, apparently, because I talk about motherhood, moxie, menopause, the mane (our hair), marriage, mindfulness, and me, which also means YOU.
