If you’re like me, you’ve been led to believe that drinking eight-plus glasses of water means you are properly hydrated but it’s not that simple or accurate.
Today, I’m sharing some health issues you may not have associated with dehydration and what you need to include in your diet to ensure the water you drink actually does your body good.
