Ep. 55 - Be Emotional. It's What Makes Us Human!

Today, I'm talking about letting the tears flow, the anger rise, the heart overflow, the hope float, and all the emotions in between.

I'm fully owning all the feelings because I've stuffed them away for far too long. I believe long-term suppression leads to anguish and rage, along with a whole host of physical repercussions and I, personally, am sick of it. I'm done with it in my own life and I'm really done with it out in society.

Join me for a conversation about feelings, emotions, and why we need to let it all out. I also share a few of my favorite ways I process my emotions that are healthy that also allow me to learn more about who I am along the way.
