How’s your quarantine diet going? Good, bad or just plain ugly? I’m imploring you to consider what health implications you’re inviting with every Instacart order.

Yeah, I know no one wants to hear that you need to eat better during this time because if there was ever a time to stress it, it’s right now, dammit.

I hear you. We’ve done our share of pizza, tacos, and chips, too, but this is the EXACT time for us to be paying attention to what we eat. A quarantine diet of junk food and heavily processed food is the opposite of what we all need right now.
